Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and transactions made with Rita Sales Corporation ("the Company", "we", "us").

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Rita Sales Corporation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST and other statutory taxes will be charged as applicable and mentioned on the invoice.

3. Payment Terms

  • We operate strictly on an advance payment basis.
  • No credit facility is available.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Interest at 18% per annum may be charged on delayed payments.

4. Delivery & Transportation

Goods are dispatched as per the agreed delivery schedule. Transportation is generally arranged by road unless otherwise specified. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

5. No Return / No Cancellation

Goods once sold will not be taken back. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted after dispatch.

6. Product Use

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are suitable for their intended purpose and comply with applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.

7. Liability

Rita Sales Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or damages arising from improper use of products or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, and pricing are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and revise orders accordingly.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Haryana jurisdiction only and governed by the laws of India.
